Special Tactics RTS Multiplayer update

The work on multiplayer part of Special Tactics RTS is still in progress.
I have built a server which is able to handle such actions:
- Create game ✔
- Join game ✔
- Handle disconnect ✔
- Rejoin game ✔
- Leave game ✔
- Issue Move / AttackMove / Attack command, supporting local shift-queue ✔
- Synchronise unit positions over different clients connected ✔
- Target / Damage / Kill an unit consistently over different clients connected ✔
To do:
- Track game winner (when enemy has lost all of his units) ✔
- Handle projectiles for shooting units ✔
- Build spawning buildings
- Spawn units
- Determine game goals
- Add multiplayer resources (gold)
- Create resouce nodes on the map and ability to collect them
- Allow spending resources on building and units
- Create multiplayer maps
- Add game search queue and matchmaking ladder (transfer most of the code from my Steel Civilizations game)
- Create more building and unit types for multiplayer
